Renovation and Demolition Planning

For buildings constructed or renovated between 1950 and 1980 or, in some cases, even up to the nineties, often materials, products or resources were used which, according to the present knowledge, are classified as harmful substances and have to be treated as hazardous waste during the renovation or deconstruction of a building.

For the acquisition, renovation or deconstruction of a building it is recommended to have the building fabric systematically checked by experts in advance. This is only not advisable because of possible negative effects on health or damages to health when using the building or within the scope of the renovation and deconstruction work, but also because of possible large financial risks.

Time-consuming and expensive renovations or delays in construction can result. We can support you already in advance if you wish to acquire or renovate a building as well as in the planning and realization of deconstruction and land recycling measures.

  • Preliminary investigation of buildings with regard to harmful substances in building materials or due to use
  • Registration and classification of the respective types of waste
  • Elaboration of plans for demolition and waste disposal

  • Elaboration of tender documents for the complete deconstruction of buildings
  • Soliciting and assessment of tenders
