Thanks to the broad vision of its founders, the Müller-BBM Group possesses an employee participation model that is rather unique: After a brief waiting period, each employee can become a shareholder of Müller-BBM Holding AG. Shares are widely distributed and held by working or retired staff. Müller-BBM Holding AG is not listed on the stock exchange. This means that we ourselves determine our corporate aims. Furthermore, all of our employees participate in the success of our company, regardless of being shareholders or not, by means of variable profit-sharing.

Müller-BBM provides each staff member with an occupational pension scheme as well as additional benefits, with the aim of contributing to the well-being of staff in their day-to-day working lives.

Students and interns at Müller-BBM

Müller-BBM is engaged at a number of universities and colleges. Our staff members are active as lecturers and tutors.

We are a training programme partner at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Karlsruhe and the University of Cooperative Education Saxony, Riesa (vocational academy) for the environmental technology course. We train one student per academic year.

We offer the opportunity for completing training semesters and supervised drafting of bachelor’s and master’s theses. Also, you have the opportunity to gather valuable experience as an intern or a student trainee.
