ME'scopeVES™ (Visual Engineering Series) is a range of software packages and options for the measurement, analysis, and documentation of noise and vibration problems that occur in machinery and structures. ME’scopeVES makes it possible to visualise and analyse experimental time and frequency range data obtained from multi-channel measurements. These measurements are collected when the machine is in operation or when a structure is subject to external excitation. Experimental modal analysis technology is used in this process.

Modern interactive animation
ME’scopeVES possesses a modern, interactive display, with which it is possible to animate data from measurements taken from spatial models. It is possible to display operational and natural vibration patterns, acoustic noise and intensity fields, or other physical values, such as temperature or pressure. Slow-motion display of the spatial movement of a structure makes both the overall motion and the motion within the structure visible. Areas with high vibration amplitudes or high noise levels are easily recognisable.
Sweep animation allows for interactive visualisation of time progressions, whether sinus shaped, stochastic, transient, linear or non-linear, stationary or non-stationary. Dwell animation enables interactive, static, or sinus-shaped visualisation of the motion at a specific time or frequency.
