Acoustic optimization for a safe and environmentally compatible operation of industrial equipment.

Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH has been involved in industrial noise and vibration control for over sixty years. Thanks to their specific technical knowledge and extensive professional experience, Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH's engineers are familiar not only with company procedures, but also with technical processes. We think like equipment operators, therefore we find economically sensible and ecologically effective solutions that can be easily put into practice. We have proven our competence at an international level in numerous large-scale projects for different industrial sectors.

Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH develops, optimises and coordinates all of the technical measures required for protecting the environment around technical plants as well as protecting workstations from the effects of noise and vibrations. We always bear in mind the statutory regulations concerning the design, approval, installation, acceptance and operation of technical plants. During the various design stages (feasibility study, basic and detailed planning) we compile database-supported predictions for you on the noise emission from machines, buildings and plant units, as well as their effect on the environment. On this basis, and bearing in mind the permitted noise emission limit values and the limit values for the noise to be received at the points-of-interest, we put together a package of measures relative to noise and vibration protection.

Furthermore, we provide you with support during the targeted implementation of protective measures relative to noise and vibrations by drawing up technical specifications, carrying out on-site monitoring of construction and taking measurements during operation.

We suggest that industrial equipment and component manufacturers contact us at the earliest stages of their project. Experience shows that a harmonious general concept for noise and vibration control is helpful in keeping costs low, and/or avoiding consequential costs.
