Our tasks comprise the following broad spectrum:
- computational design of foundations for the mounting of machines
- complex multi-channel synchronous measurements (acceleration, pressure, strain gauges, CAN-data, temperatures etc.) on machines for the identification of vibrational modes in operation or as a data base for
- model updating in combination or as a complement for an
- experimental modal analysis and/or a
- dynamic FE calculation.
All these tools have been most successfully used by our experts over the years, while optimising and further developing them. Machine and vibration diagnosis
Both the reliability and the availability of rotating machines are of utmost importance for cost-efficient production processes in technical plants. Here, critical components must be mentioned, such as the turbines and generators of power plants, gear boxes and electric drives. In this context it is necessary to detect and assess machine damages at an early stage in order to minimize machine downtime.
Our job here? We measure the vibration signatures of rotating machines in detail, carry out temporary or permanent monitoring and give an interpretation of the results. Müller-BBM provides support for the detection of interferences, the evaluation of the severity and finally suggests potential actions.
We support you in a number of ways to find solutions for machine-dynamic issues and problems using our broad-based expert knowledge in a variety of business fields.
