8th Bavarian Immission Control Days on 22 and 23 June 2016 in Augsburg

Together with its cooperation partners Bayerisches Landesamt für Umwelt, Müller-BBM GmbH and Andrea Versteyl Rechtsanwälte, KUMAS – Kompetenzzentrum Umwelt e. V. invites to the 8th Bavarian Immission Control Days on 22 and 23 June 2016 in Augsburg. The well established series of meetings is directed to companies, municipalities, authorities, consultants, planners, and lawyers for administrative law and deals with current questions of immission control. It serves the exchange of new legal and technical developments and to open discussion of current problems with the implementation of immission control. Thematic priorities of this year’s event are the innovations in environmental legislation, the amendment of the UVPG (Environmental Impact Assessment Act) and of the Umweltrechts­behelfsgesetz (Environmental Appeals Act) as well as the Seveso-III-Richtlinie and the amendment of the TA Luft (German Clean Air Act). The panel discussion deals with the „airborne emissions in conurbations“. In addition, the attendants will be presented with the topics “Noise remediation at old industrial sites” and “State of the art of noise reduction technology”.
