Expanded number of seminars and training provisions for air pollution control officers in 2016
This year there will also be a number of innovations in the field of environmental legislation. Environmental officers, safety inspectors and air pollution control officers of plant operators have to prepare for those changes in order to implement them at their premises. The forthcoming adjustment of the TA Luft (Technical Guidelines on Air Quality Control), the ongoing BAT processes, and the end of the preclusion by the judgment of the ECJ are topics which will influcence licensing procedures and operation of plants. The resulting questions and tasks can be discussed best with all interested parties (colleagues from comparable branches, safety inspectors, air pollution control officers). As a suitable platform, we offer the Müller-BBM practiceoriented seminars. The focus will be on air pollution and noise control as well as on preventive fire and explosion protection. Apart from a participation certificate, the recognition as training course according to § 9 of the 5th BImSchV and a respective number of VDSI points (Association of German Safety, Health and Environment Engineers), the participants will be provided with the necessary background knowledge and topical information in order to ensure a lawcompliant operation of their plants.
