Expert meeting "Hazardous substances measurements" 2024 in Weimar
Once again this year, employees from the field of "Hazardous substances measurements" met for a professional exchange of ideas. This time, the meeting took place from 25th to 26th July at our branch office in Weimar. The field of "Hazardous substances measurements" is assigned to the specialist area "Air pollution control measurements" and is part of our "Measuring and testing" field of activity. Employees from Baden-Württemberg, Saxony, Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse travelled to Thuringia for the occasion.
In addition to the personal exchange, the event, which was designed as an internal training measure, offered the participants the opportunity to gain further qualifications in practical mould sampling exercises. This was also used for internal comparative measurements at various locations. A workshop on measuring devices as well as presentations and discussions on various industries and measuring methods rounded off the technical part of the event.
The accompanying cultural programme included a city tour and an extensive canoe trip on the Saale river.
