Immission control in the planning and licensing practice – Müller-BBM expert discussions on 14th/15th June 2018 in Düsseldorf

With the 8th Müller-BBM expert discussions the exchange of experience between authorities, municipalities, operators and consultants in North Rhine-Westphalia will enter a new round of dialogue.

As in the previous expert meetings in 2016 and 2017, a high-quality exchange of information about the latest developments in environmental protection and immission control awaits the participants from industry, administration, expert offices and consulting agencies. In addition, administrative lawyers, representatives of authorities and industry will talk about the legal framework conditions, examples from the implementation practice as well as backgrounds and solutions.

Dr. Elke Stöcker-Meier, head of the department “Immission Protection against Noise and Other Physical Effects” of the Ministry for Environment, Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, will open the conference.
