Müller-BBM Industry Solutions with a new structure

The restructuring of Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH was successfully completed on July 1, 2024. In close cooperation with the employees, the main activities were divided into three strategic areas. Joachim Bittner (second from left in the picture) will take over responsibility for the “Consulting and Assessment” area of activity as Managing Director. Dr. Alexander Ropertz (second from right) will be in charge of “Measuring and Testing”, while Manuel Männel (center), newly appointed to the Management Board, will be responsible for “Optimization and Development”. The previous Managing Directors Dr. Carl Hantschk (left) and Walter Grotz (right) are actively supporting the reorganization. Dr. Hantschk will focus increasingly on networking with the sister companies, international business and committee work. Mr. Grotz continues to assume responsibility for occupational health and safety as well as contractual matters in the “Measuring and Testing” division and remains an authorized signatory.

A central, newly created element of the corporate structure is the Steering Committee, consisting of eight managers and the Management Board. In future, all strategically relevant company decisions will be coordinated in this committee.

With this restructuring, the company is taking account of its growing size and placing the needs of its customers even more strongly at the center of its strategic focus.
