Opportunities for environmental engineers at Müller-BBM GmbH

Following the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria (IHK), the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the Bavarian Umweltcluster, the division “Environment” of the company Müller-BBM GmbH presented itself to 100 students of environmental engineering with an exhibition stand at the TUM on 11th February 2020.

The aim of this networking event was to enable the students to get in contact with potential employees in the field of environmental economics from Munich and Upper Bavaria and to obtain first-hand information on career opportunities.

The situation of environmental economics in Bavaria was presented within the scope of lectures and the technical contents of the study programme “Environmental Engineering” were outlined.

The representatives of Müller-BBM GmbH, Andreas Schuhmann and Volker Liebig, were pleased about the many questions and contacts with students at the exhibitions stand as well as the intensive exchange with other companies in the field of engineering services, energy industry, environmental technology as well as waste and disposal management.

The broad range of employment opportunities, for example as a measuring engineer engaged in immission and emission measurements in the field of air pollution control or as an expert in the fields of immission control or building physics at one of Müller-BBM’s twelve sites in Germany raised great interest.

Personnel officer Andreas Schuhmann explained career opportunities at the exhibition stand of Müller-BBM GmbH.
