Safety for employees and customers – DGUV compliant trainings according to BGR/GUV-R 198 and occupational health examinations for measuring engineers

At Müller-BBM, the requirements on systematic and effective occupational safety are complied with on the basis of the occupational safety system "AMS – Arbeitsschutz mit System" and thus the NLF / ILO-OSH 2001. This has been certified by the Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossenschaft (VBG). Besides, it has been proven that the requirements according to OHSAS 18001:20007 are met. The management declares occupational health and safety of its employees as an essential condition to achieve the corporate objectives.

Clients throughout Europe benefit from this. Currently, a total of 94 measuring engineers have a valid certificate for the use of personal protective equipment against falls from a height together with the examination "working at heights" according to principle G 41 of the industrial professional association.

Besides, this pool of measuring engineers includes a whole number of colleagues with the valid examination G 26.2 for the use of respiratory protective equipment and the additional qualification as operational manager according to the management system SCC (Safety Certificate Contractors / SCC 017). On the basis of the current and valid certificates, activities in industrial plants or on construction sites of the clients are possible flexibly and at short notice from one of Müller-BBM’s twelve sites in Germany.

The consistent and natural compliance with all regulations to avoid and minimize the risks involved with the work as well as the use of fully verified working equipment and the performance of last minute risk assessments also ensure that the clients live up to their legal responsibility.
