Successful SHE examination for operational managers according to SCC standard

For many years, safety and health at work has been an important part of Müller-BBM’s company policy. The management declares the safety and health of the employees at work as an essential prerequisite for achieving the company's goals.

Within the scope of audits, the employers' liability insurance association (Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossenschaft VBG) confirms that the requirements according to OHSAS 18001:2007 (DIN ISO 45001:2018 will follow starting from 2021) are met at all of the company's sites.

In safety-critical sectors, clients often do not rely solely on the expertise of their service providers, but deliberately demand supplementary training and testing in accordance with the SCC regulations (Safety Certificate Contractor, or SCC for short) on occupational safety, health and environmental protection (HSE) for activities in their plants.

This personal certification, with an entry valid for several years in the personal safety passport of the operating engineers of the Gelsenkirchen branch office, has recently been renewed.

Clients requiring measurement and engineering services in sensitive areas and for complex tasks, e.g. in the field of air pollution control, noise control and hazardous substances, benefit from the combination of an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited measurement facility, notified in accordance with § 29b BImSchG, with a certified occupational health and safety management system and SCC-certified employees when they commission Müller-BBM GmbH.
