9th Bavarian Immission Control Days in Augsburg on 28th/29th June 2017
KUMAS, the Center of Competence in Environmental Affairs, together with its cooperation partners, the Bavarian State Office for Environmental Protection (LfU), Müller-BBM Holding AG and Andrea Versteyl Rechtsanwälte, invites to the 9th Bavarian Immission Control Days in Augsburg on 28th and 29th June 2017.
The well-established event is addressed to companies, municipalities, authorities, planning and expert offices as well as specialist lawyers for administrative law.
The following main topics will be discussed:
- Implementation of the BAT Reference Documents and conclusions in the German Clean Air Act TA Luft
- Amendment of the 12th BImSchV, plant safety and location development
- Jurisdiction concerning air pollution control – consequences for mobility concepts?
- Air pollution control I: TA Luft – reassessment of the total additional load and environmental management
and, as new requirements,
- Air pollution control II: denitrification of exhaust gases and strategies for the reduction of mercury emissions
- Noise control: environmental noise mapping and passive noise control measures
