Noise and vibration control for trouble-free operation
Frequent use of particularly sensitive devices is made in high-precision manufacturing plants, measurement laboratories and research facilities. Long-term impairment of the operation of these devices can be caused by minute vibratory effects or low-frequency airborne noise. These include systems such as steppers for microchip manufacturing, electron microscopes or optical testing systems.

We carry out site analyses that are geared to the requirements and critical values of the device manufacturers. In the absence of critical values, we work out suitable critical values based on comparable devices by simulation of typical stimuli.
