Noise caused by heat pumps
In the BR economic and social television magazine "mehr/wert" the topics "heat transition, heat pumps, electricity market" were discussed on 5th October 2023. In one report the problem of "noise from heat pumps" was addressed. Here, the editors and the film team have relied on the expertise of our colleague Mirco Ebersold. As an acoustic expert and consulting engineer, he has been responsible for numerous projects in industrial acoustics at Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH since 2009. He is a consultant for noise topics related to heating systems and air-source heat pumps and has been active as a noise expert in several neighbour disputes related to air-source heat pumps in the past.
