Recognition as an expert organisation for installations handling substances hazardous to water according to § 52 AwSV
By decision of the Bavarian State Office for Environment of 29th November 2019, the expert organisation of the Müller-BBM GmbH was recognised in accordance with § 52 AwSV (Ordinance on Installations Handling Substances Harzardous to Water).
The recognition comprises the following fields:
- the testing of installations for the handling of substances hazardous to water,
- the preparation of expert opinions on water protection requirements as well as within the scope of suitability tests according to AwSV and
- the certification and monitoring of specialist companies.
The recognition is valid starting from 1st January 2020. The Müller-BBM-AwSV-SVO is an independent organisational unit of the Müller-BBM GmbH (according to section 52(7) AwSV) with the aim of preparing experts for the testing of installations for the handling of substances hazardous to water and to guarantee their professional performance.
